new pieces

Silver master, 1 1/4" the back is engraved with "Let the beauty of what you love be what you do. -Rumi" all time fave quote.

This highly detailed bead is 3/4" tall (or small, I should say) and is made of polymer. I dearly hope this one survives the molding process and makes it into production for pewter.

This little silver charm (1")didn't turn out, the backside got all melty looking so it won't go into production. It was lots of fun to make so I made three more mushrooms, they are in the kiln now.

This polymer master (1 5/8") says "Bathe in all the tides of nature, in all her streams and oceans at all seasons. -Thoreau" one of my favorite quotes.
Back to work, its a frenzied mad house around here, most wouldn't believe the hours we've been keeping! It will all be worth it when we get to Tucson. It always feels like I'm saying that like its Oz or someplace equally magical...it sort of is.

If any place you'll see ruby slippers (like in the movie) or silver ones (like in the book) or cities made of emerald... it'll be in Tucson. Sure, the ruby slippers may be in the Swarovski competition, the silver ones from a Thai silver importer, and the City made of Emerald, more like just several 12 foot tables loaded down with Emeralds or green-colored Czech glass... but still it's magical.

I like to think of the market place scene from Abarat, with all the unique traders with their wares.

Can't wait to get there! These pieces look great.

I'll make sure to pack my striped socks and shoes with extra support for strolling down the Yellow Brick Road a.k.a. I-10.

I love the new pieces! Will these be going on your website?? My absolute favorite is the silver pendant with the bird. And the quote sums it right up doesn't it?? Love it.

Love the new pieces. Too bad the little mushroom didn't turn out; I hope the others do.

I MUST have the first one!!!! :) That is so cool. You're like...crazy talented. By the way, I wear my butterfly-wing necklace everyday...I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. Thank you again!

So glad I found you. I am an author of craft books, many different kinds of crafts and write and illustrate children's books. Recently my twin brother got very sick and almost died, I started beading rosaries to keep myself centered. Now I'm addicted to stringing. I love pendants that have a meaning and your's are so perfect for my soul's creating.
Thanks so much for being there.
